Science

Our intent is that pupils will deepen their respect, care and appreciation for the natural world and be curious of the world around them. We offer hands on, practical investigation in order that the pupils will have a real experience of science and to foster a sense of wonder about natural phenomena. They are encouraged to develop and use a range of scientific skills, including questioning, researching and observing for themselves.  Scientific language, knowledge and skills are taught and built upon as topics are revisited in different year groups and across key stages.
